Your role
We are looking for a visually strong (Senior) Video Creator & Editor (all genders) who will be responsible for creating high-impact video content for our performance channels.
You understand how to turn raw footage into high-attention creatives that are not only aesthetically compelling, but also drive measurable performance. With a clear eye for story, timing, and platform logic, you develop and produce video ads that engage and activate audiences.

Your Responsibilities
Production and editing of performance video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
Development of video hooks, storylines, and modular creative approaches
Cutting, color grading, sound design, and finalization of video assets
Adaptation of content for different formats, lengths, and platform requirements
Iterative optimization of creatives based on performance data
Close collaboration with Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing, and Content teams
Establishment of efficient workflows for scalable video production
Development and implementation of sophisticated motion graphics elements to visually enhance video ads
Your Profile
At least 6 years of experience in videography/editing, ideally in a performance or social context
Proven experience with paid social creatives or video ads
Strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, and narrative pacing
Deep understanding of platform mechanics (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
Ability to tailor content to specific target audiences and platform requirements
Interest in health, nutrition, or longevity
Understanding of how creative quality and performance interact
Nice to have
Experience with UGC formats and creator content
Experience shooting video content (camera, lighting, set setup)
Knowledge of motion graphics or animation
Experience in a DTC or e-commerce environment
