As a Business Development Representative, you will be the engine of our growth, serving as the first point of contact for agencies and firms modernizing their construction workflows. You will spend your day blending strategic research with high-energy outreach, crafting personalized messages that resonate with state DOTs and engineering consultants alike. Whether you are following up on marketing leads with lightning speed or hunting for new opportunities through cold calls and LinkedIn, your goal is to spark meaningful discovery conversations. You’ll be the bridge between a prospect's pain points and our solutions, ensuring a seamless handoff to our Account Executives and directly impacting our sales pipeline.

The ability to maintain high activity levels, including daily cold calls and personalized email sequencing.

Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex software value propositions to diverse stakeholders.

Exceptional organizational skills to manage a high volume of inbound leads and follow-up tasks simultaneously.

Experience navigating complex organizational structures, such as local public agencies or state government entities.

Technical skills we’d like you to have

Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead tracking and pipeline management.
