About the role

Yoshfilms ist eine Social-Media-Agentur aus Hamburg, spezialisiert auf Videoproduktion, Postproduktion und Motion Design. Wir entwickeln kreativen Content für Plattformen wie Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn und YouTube. Im Rahmen eines vergüteten Pflichtpraktikums (oder vergleichbarer Anstellung, mind. 4 Monate) arbeitest du bei uns an echten Kundenprojekten und sammelst wertvolle Praxiserfahrung in der digitalen Content-Produktion.

Aufgaben

Social Media Management für unsere Kunden

Captions und Post-Texte schreiben

Content planen, veröffentlichen und Redaktionspläne pflegen

Eigene Content- und Videoideen entwickeln

Bei Konzeptionen und Social-Media-Strategien mitwirken

Trends und neue Formate beobachten und ins Team einbringen

Unsere eigenen Yoshfilms-Kanäle mitbetreuen

Qualifikation

Starkes Interesse an Social Media, Content und aktuellen Trends

Sehr gutes Sprachgefühl und Freude am Schreiben

Kreativität und Lust, eigene Ideen einzubringen

Gespür für Storytelling, Hooks und gute Inhalte

Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Erste Erfahrung mit Social Media oder Content Creation ist von Vorteil

Ideal: eingeschriebene:r Student:in für ein Pflicht- oder Werkstudium
