Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $45,000 – $85,000+ per year (On-Target Earnings)

Position Overview
The Employee Connect is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Recruiting Growth Partner to join a growing talent acquisition operation serving clients across multiple industries and locations. This performance-based opportunity is designed for self-starters who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about connecting people with meaningful work. This role is ideal for individuals seeking strong earning potential, flexible ownership of their work, and a direct line between their effort and their income.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for open positions across multiple industry verticals including healthcare, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, and finance

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive outreach, job board sourcing, referrals, and networking

Conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, culture fit, and compensation expectations

Manage the full placement lifecycle from initial candidate contact through offer acceptance and start date confirmation

Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and client contacts to understand current and upcoming staffing needs

Document all candidate and client activity accurately in the applicant tracking system

Collaborate with the TEC leadership team on sourcing strategies, client development, and market positioning

Meet and exceed individual placement targets and activity metrics on a consistent basis

Represent The Employee Connect professionally across all candidate, client, and community interactions

Continuously develop recruiting skills, industry knowledge, and market intelligence to improve placement success rates

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience preferred — motivated candidates with strong sales or relationship management backgrounds will be considered

Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a personal pipeline

Strong interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal

Comfort with performance-based compensation and a direct connection between activity and earnings

Proficiency with standard recruiting tools and platforms including ATS systems, LinkedIn, and job boards

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a related field is preferred
