Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, networking, and social media.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations for qualified decision-makers.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent follow-up.
Negotiate contracts and close new business while maintaining high service standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Meet performance targets and key performance indicators.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM platform.
Develop product knowledge and industry expertise to serve as a trusted advisor.
Requirements
Proven track record in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
Comfort with performance-based compensation structures and high earning potential.
Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
