About the role

Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a Program Performance Analyst to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals on our Department of State (DOS) Bureau of Diplomatic Technology (DT) Consular Affairs Enterprise Infrastructure Operations (CAEIO) Program. CAEIO provides IT Operations and Maintenance to modernize the legacy networks, applications, and databases supporting consular applications services globally.
The Program Performance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the consistent and timely delivery of contract related documents and presentations. This role works closely with technical teams, program leadership, and government stakeholders to validate accuracy and summarize the CAEIO program performance.
Core Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM ET - 5:00 PM ET (Flexible)
Location: This position is fully remote; however, candidates must reside in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area (DMV) to accommodate occasional onsite meetings, training, or customer support activities at the Washington, DC, customer location or the Peraton office in Sterling, VA. The number of days the consultant works on-site in Washington, DC, or Sterling, VA, is subject to change based on government/program requirements (for example, surge support might require the individual to be in the office five days per week).
Day to Day Roles and Responsibilities
The Performance Analyst:

Provides administrative and operational support to line management in a variety of functional areas, including finance, proposals, pricing, contracting, and human resources.

Supports program delivery and exeuction, contributing to achieving program goals.

Coordinates service/product deliveries, daily delivery activities, domestic and export/import documentation, service and product invoicing, warranty status, and related tasks.

Reviews and submits travel approval requests and post-travel reports, and reviews and approves travel expense reports.

Manages contractual deliverables, including tracking and reporting due dates, working with SMEs to validate content, and lead work product reviews (WPR) for each document, as required.

Coordinates internal and external reporting activities for the Contract Status Report, award fee self-assessment, and Progam Management Report, working with program leadership and SMEs to gather and review content and prepare presentations.

Gathers and maintains kudos that stakeholders share about the program and team members.

Supports the CAEIO Risk Management program by creating, updating, and managing program risks and issues in Jira. Facilitates and supports monthly Risk Management meetings.

Works closely with senior leadership to support ongoing deliverables, activities or additional tasks as needed.

Collaborates with teams acroos the program to gather and document performance improvements and achievements.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience or an Associate’s degree and 7 years of experience or a High School Diploma/Equivalent and 9 years of experience.

U.S. citizenship and an active SECRET Government Security Clearance.

5 years of experience developing and maintaining documents showcasing the performance of a system, team or program.

5 years of experience working with the Microsoft tools suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Experience with SharePoint (Lists, webparts, and folders).

Experience working with technical teams to gather requirements for reports and dashboards.

Exceptionally organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Clear and effective communicator.

Preferred Qualifications:

ITIL v4 Foundation certification (or higher).

One or more years of experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management dashboards and reports.

Ability to analyze data from dashboards and reports to identify trends and make recommendations for performance reporting and effective presentations.

Experience presenting performance metrics and analysis to program leadership or government customers.

Target Salary Range
$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.EEO
