Aufgaben

- Du betreust die Verkäuferseite in Nachfolge- und Übernahmesituationen im KMU-Segment

- Du identifizierst und analysierst Kauf-/Verkaufsinteressierte und bereitest Pitches vor

- Du bearbeitest und aktualisierst Projektunterlagen (z.B. Investment Memos und Teaser)

- Du arbeitest bei der Erstellung von Unternehmensbewertungen mit

- Ein wenig administrative Arbeit kommt vielleicht auch dazu

Qualifikation

- Du bist im 3. oder 4. Semester deines betriebwirtschaftlichen Studiums

- Du hast Vorerfahrung im Consulting, Investment Banking oder bei den Big 4 gesammelt

- Du hast ausgeprägte analytische Kompetenzen und bist ein Organisationstalent

- Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast Spaß an Teamarbeit

- Du bist begeistert von M&A und dem deutschen Mittelstand

- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch

- Du kannst gut mit PowerPoint und Excel umgehen
