Buscamos perfiles que combinen conocimiento de Dynamics 365 + entendimiento de procesos de negocio, capaces de participar en proyectos de consultoría e implementación desde el levantamiento de requerimientos hasta la configuración, integración, pruebas, despliegue y mejora continua de las soluciones.

Para CRM / Customer Engagement, nos interesa experiencia en áreas como:

Dynamics 365 Sales y Customer Service

Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate y Dataverse

Procesos de ventas, servicio y customer journey

Configuración, automatizaciones, datos e integraciones

Para Finance & Operations, buscamos experiencia en:

Dynamics 365 Finance y Supply Chain Management

Procesos financieros, operativos y de cadena de suministro

Procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report e inventarios

Reporting, datos maestros, migraciones e integraciones
