Core Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to business travellers by managing and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and car rentals.
Ensure all travel plans comply with company travel policies and client preferences.
Maintain accurate travel records and resolve any client travel issues promptly and efficiently.
Actively listen to client needs to deliver tailored travel solutions and advisory.
Handle urgent travel requests and changes, ensuring minimal disruption to client plans.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay informed about travel industry trends, providing insights to enhance service quality.
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
Previous experience in travel consultancy or a related customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effortlessly.
Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre is desirable.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
