POSITION SUMMARY:
Develop and execute communications that support Radiology Partners’ mission, values, culture, and organizational change initiatives.
Partner with the Change Management team, senior leaders, and stakeholders to develop timely, accurate, and audience-focused communications.
Create, edit, and enhance communications across email, intranet, text, presentations, conference calls, and other channels.
Establish communication processes, templates, guidelines, and workflows that support effective change management communications and stakeholder engagement.
Coordinate communication timing and distribution while partnering with Communications, Brand, and Digital teams to execute aligned strategies and tactics.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Change Management, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant communications experience.
Demonstrated written, verbal, storytelling, and communication strategy skills with experience developing high-impact communications.
Ability to design and implement communication processes and workflows supporting organizational change initiatives.
Ability to translate technical or complex information into clear, digestible communications for diverse audiences.
Experience in a national or international corporate setting preferred; change management, healthcare, or technology-focused experience is a plus.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
