About the role

Für unseren Kunden, ein Versicherungsunternehmen im Großraum Frankfurt am Main, suchen wir im Rahmen des Aufbaus einer neuen dispositiven Datenplattform (Lakehouse) auf Basis von Microsoft Azure und Databricks eine/n erfahrene/n Test & Data Quality Engineer. Du verantwortest Teststrategie, technische Tests und Datenvalidierung bis zum Go-live und stellst sicher, dass die Daten der neuen Plattform belastbar und abgestimmt sind.

Aufgaben
Erstellung von Testkonzept, technischer Teststrategie und Testplan sowie Mitarbeit an messbaren Abnahmekriterien

Durchführung technischer Tests der Datenstrecken, Datenvalidierung und Reconciliation zwischen Quell- und Zielsystem

Test des Initialloads sowie Erstellung von Prüf- und Reconciliation-Berichten

Mitaufbau des Datenqualitätsframeworks: Regelwerk, Prüfroutinen, Monitoring und Qualitätsberichte

Automatisierung von Daten- und Regressionstests

Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei UAT-Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Mängelmanagement

Mitarbeit an Go-live-Freigabe, Hypercare und Fehlerbehebung

Anforderungen
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Test und Qualitätssicherung von Data-Warehouse- oder Lakehouse-Projekten

Sehr gute SQL-Kenntnisse, PySpark und Databricks von Vorteil

Erfahrung mit Testautomatisierung für Datenpipelines (z. B. pytest, Great Expectations, Databricks-Tests)

Erfahrung mit Datenqualitätsregeln, Reconciliation und Abnahmeprozessen

Erfahrung im Versicherungsumfeld von Vorteil

Strukturierte, gründliche Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke gegenüber Fachbereichen

Zertifizierung (z. B. ISTQB) von Vorteil

Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Generelle Rahmenbedingungen
Pensum: 50–80 %

Start: 02.11.2026

Dauer: bis 31.03.2027 mit Option auf Verlängerung (Folgephasen geplant bis Ende 2028)

Arbeitsort: Großraum Frankfurt am Main (Deutschland)

Onsite/Remote: In den ersten 2–3 Monaten hoher Onsite-Anteil (3–4 Tage pro Woche), danach ca. 2 Tage onsite, Rest remote

Kundengespräch: Verfügbarkeit für ein Vorstellungsgespräch beim Kunden am 22. oder 28.10.2026
