Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, RevOps, Legal, and Professional Services to provide guidance on complex contract structure, evaluating revenue, billing/tax, commissions and GTM implications

Own and continuously evolve revenue, billing, and AR policies, reporting, and controls

Lead commissions accounting, including accruals, payouts, and alignment with bookings and revenue

Drive collection strategy, reducing DSO, own billing, cash application, and PO/portal compliance

Own audit readiness and execution, including multiple international external audits

on complex deals

Provide the executive team with actionable financial revenue and AR insights

Support strategic initiatives, including M&A, revenue predictability, and board reporting.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Revenue Accounting, Commissions, Quoting, and Accounts Receivable within a SaaS environment

Deep expertise in ASC 606, ASC 340 and subscription-based revenue models

Experience owning billing and collections, including DSO and cash flow management

Strong understanding of quote-to-cash systems (Salesforce/CPQ, NetSuite)

Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Finance, GTM and Executive leadership

Experience building and scaling processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
