This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a AI Trainers Network - English based in Germany.
As part of a global AI contributor network, you will help shape smarter, safer, and more human-centered artificial intelligence through language and cultural expertise.
You will have the opportunity to work on flexible, remote projects involving AI training, annotation, evaluation, and prompt creation.
Projects can range from short assignments lasting a few days to longer engagements spanning several weeks, depending on business needs and your availability.

Accountabilities
Contribute to AI training projects by annotating or labeling text, images, audio, or other content according to detailed project guidelines.
Evaluate search results, advertisements, chatbot responses, or other AI-generated content for quality, relevance, accuracy, and overall usefulness.
Create, review, and test prompts designed to improve the performance and reliability of large language models and other AI systems.
Assess content for linguistic, cultural, contextual, or industry-specific accuracy and help ensure AI outputs are appropriate for diverse audiences.
Follow project-specific instructions, quality standards, and evaluation criteria consistently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Use digital platforms and online tools efficiently to complete assigned tasks, provide structured feedback, and meet project deadlines.
Adapt to different project scopes and levels of complexity, with assignments potentially ranging from short-term tasks to multi-week engagements.
Review project information carefully before starting an assignment and make informed decisions about availability and participation based on the proposed scope and timeline.
Requirements
Native or near-native fluency in English, with strong written and reading comprehension skills.
Based in Slovenia and able to participate in remote, digitally delivered projects.
Comfortable using computers, online platforms, digital tools, and web-based workflows.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, or subtle differences in content.
Naturally curious about technology, artificial intelligence, language, digital content, and emerging AI applications.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply project guidelines consistently and accurately.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, particularly when evaluating content, search results, or AI-generated responses.
Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a flexible remote environment.
Ability to manage assigned tasks efficiently and respect project-specific quality and timeline requirements.
Linguistic, cultural, technical, research, content, or AI-related experience is an advantage, depending on project requirements.
