Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the CRM, including users, stages, fields, and data hygiene.

Own pipeline structure and ensure consistent use of sales stages and required fields.

Build and maintain standard sales dashboards and reports.

Support weekly and monthly pipeline and forecast reporting.

Monitor pipeline health and flag risks such as stalled deals or missing data.

Document sales processes, definitions, and reporting standards.

Support the onboarding of new sales team members on systems and processes.

Act as the primary point of contact for sales systems questions and issues.

Continuously improve sales operational workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.

3 to 6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.

Hands-on experience administering and maintaining a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).

Strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.

High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and consistency.

Ability to work closely with sales leadership and sales representatives.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing SaaS environment.

Clear communicator who can enforce process without creating friction.

Self-directed and accountable, with the ability to manage priorities independently.
