Position: Assistant Head of Finance
Job Overview:
We are on behalf of our client, a world leading in manufacturing & trading company, looking for Finance Deputy Manager who will in-charge finance operation for commercial sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Daily oversee and manage finance & accounting activities (booking, reporting, tax).

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals

Provide financial analysis & forecast, finance report, payment, inventory & cashflow.

Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and identify opportunities for growth

Monitor and analyze financial performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and profitability

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, MD, and related states-holders.

Work with departments for budget planning & reviewing, monitor budget.

Manage taxation, internal control plus accounting procedure, to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; ACCA, CMA, CIMA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Proven track record of driving financial success in a commercial environment

Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles, preferable in Financial Planning & Analysis.

Good understanding of VAS, IFRS and tax regulation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, preferable solid experience with SAP.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
