Deine Aufgaben

Technische Projektverantwortung über alle Entwicklungsphasen bis zur Serienfertigung

Schnittstellen zwischen Optik, Konstruktion, Elektronik und Software abstimmen

Anforderungen aus Markt und Kundenfeedback in Spezifikationen übersetzen

Schnittstellen zwischen den Disziplinen systematisch validieren

Lieferanten koordinieren und die Serienreife absichern

Eigene F&E-Projekte bis Technology Readiness Level 6 führen

Dein Profil

Master (ETH/FH) oder gleichwertiger Abschluss in Natur- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften

Mindestens 3 Jahre Produktentwicklung mit Verantwortung für das Gesamtsystem

Vertiefte Kenntnisse optischer Systeme

Erfahrung in interdisziplinären Projektteams

Analytisch, strukturiert, klar in der Kommunikation

Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch

Arbeitsort: Raum Rheintal, Schweiz (vor Ort).
