About the role
This is a remote position.
On behalf of our Client, a global consulting company which is building their new SAP implementation teams in Poland, we are looking for experienced SAP PP Principal Consultants, who will work on implementation and transformation projects. In the role, you will:
Manage full life-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in the area of Production Planning (PP);
Evaluate business requirements, identify relevant SAP capabilities and apply best practices;
Plan, prepare and execute Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops;
Do Solution Design & Adoption for identified GAPs and business process improvement measures;
Ensure system implementation;
Be sparring partner for the client and have project management responsibilities.

Requirements
Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent;
At least 5 full project life cycles of experience in SAP PP, with a strong track record of end-to-end implementations;
Profound expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) processes, combined with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solution and system design specifications;
Solid experience in SAP S/4HANA projects and/or relevant certification;
Preferably experienced in international SAP template rollout projects;
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively as part of an international team.
