Tasks

Your role at Kittl πŸ₯

Kittl has millions of users and is moving fast into AI. Our next big bet is small product-based businesses. You'll own growth end to end, lead about 30 people across acquisition, product marketing, brand and design, and turn every channel into one plan. You've scaled growth before, you make bold bets, and you're still hands-on. You'll report to our CEO, Nicolas Heymann.

What you'll do πŸ“‹οΈ

Small-business growth: Own the plan to win small product-based businesses, from positioning and channels to onboarding and pricing tests with Product

One growth plan: Connect acquisition, product marketing, brand and content into one picture. Decide the few big bets that matter and what we stop

Lead leads: Lead the team's leads, hire the specialists we're missing and raise everyone's bar

Hands-on: Do the analysis, write the test plan and read the results yourself. Ship fast, learn fast

Targets and budget: Own growth targets and the marketing budget, and make CAC, payback and conversion visible to everyone

AI-native: Use AI in everything you and your team do, and make Kittl show up where our customers now search: inside AI assistants

Requirements

What you'll need βœ…οΈ

You've done this before: You've led growth across several channels at a self-serve, SMB or prosumer scale-up, and you can show what changed because of you. This is a senior role, so a proven track record matters

Still hands-on: You work in the data yourself and design experiments that move numbers

Bold judgement: You make big bets, explain them clearly and hold a direction under pressure, and you change course when the data says so

Leadership: You've led managers or a multi-discipline team and made them better

AI-native: AI is part of how you work every day, not a side experiment

Cross-functional: You work as a peer with Product, Engineering and Data, and you bring the customer's voice into every decision

Nice to have πŸ‘Œ

Experience in creative tools, e-commerce, print-on-demand or the creator economy

Product or founder experience, including launching something from zero to one

Interview with Nicolas, our CEO (60 min)

Case study: a growth plan for small product-based businesses, presented to Nicolas, our CPO and our Product Marketing Lead (90 min)

Bar Raiser interview (45 min)

You'll do well here if 🌟

You pick up problems nobody assigned you. If something's broken and no one has stepped up, you're the person who does

You'd rather make the call and adjust than wait until you're certain. Speed is how we win

You want to own a domain deeply enough that people rely on your judgement in it, whether or not you manage anyone

You'll argue for your position and commit fully when the call goes the other way

You care about details other people would call excessive. We hold a higher bar than most, on purpose

You use AI constantly and still own every word you ship

Every new hire should raise the bar in some meaningful way, not just fill a seat. We hold to that, and it's why you'll be working with the most talented people from all over the world.
