About Corporate Stays
Corporate Stays is an international furnished apartment and corporate housing company operating across Canada and Latin America.
We manage a large and growing portfolio of professionally furnished apartments, serving corporate travelers, relocating professionals, and leisure guests through Airbnb, Booking.com, direct reservations, and corporate partnerships.
We are looking for an experienced Short-Term Rental Revenue Manager to take full ownership of our daily pricing strategy, maximize revenue, and improve portfolio performance.

Manage pricing and revenue performance across our Canadian and Latin American portfolios.

Monitor and adjust pricing strategies daily using PriceLabs.

Optimize occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and Revenue per Available Night (RevPAN).

Manage minimum-stay restrictions, last-minute discounts, booking-window strategies, and seasonal pricing.

Identify underperforming properties and implement corrective pricing strategies.

2. PriceLabs Management

Take full ownership of PriceLabs configuration and optimization.

Set up and continuously refine pricing rules, customizations, and market-specific strategies.

Analyze demand patterns, seasonality, holidays, local events, and competitor pricing.

Ensure pricing recommendations are correctly synchronized with Hostaway and Guesty.

Review pricing performance and make proactive adjustments rather than relying exclusively on automated recommendations.

3. Market & Competitor Analysis

Monitor comparable properties across our operating markets.

Analyze market demand, occupancy trends, booking pace, and pricing opportunities.

Identify opportunities to increase revenue without unnecessarily sacrificing occupancy.

Develop market-specific pricing strategies for Canada and Latin America.

4. Collaboration

Work closely with our Distribution team, including Adriana and Nouman.

Coordinate with the Airbnb Performance Specialist to align pricing and listing conversion strategies.

Collaborate with Reservations and Operations to address booking restrictions and availability issues.

Support new property launches with pricing strategies and revenue forecasts.

5. Reporting & Accountability

Prepare weekly revenue performance reports.

Identify the best- and worst-performing properties.

Explain pricing decisions and their commercial impact.

Recommend actionable improvements based on data.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in short-term rental revenue management.

Advanced, hands-on PriceLabs experience is mandatory.

Experience managing pricing for at least 100 short-term rental properties preferred.

Experience with Airbnb and Booking.com.

Familiarity with Hostaway, Guesty, or similar property management systems.

Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.

Understanding of occupancy, ADR, RevPAN, booking pace, and revenue forecasting.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Experience managing multiple geographic markets is highly desirable.

What We Offer

Full-time remote position.

Opportunity to manage revenue across an international property portfolio.

Direct impact on company profitability.

Access to professional revenue management technology.

Long-term career growth within Corporate Stays.

Competitive compensation based on experience, with performance-based incentives.
