Du möchtest während deines Studiums echte Websites betreuen statt nur Übungsprojekte?
Bei uns arbeitest du direkt an WordPress-Websites von Arzt- und Zahnarztpraxen und lernst, wie professionelle Websites im laufenden Betrieb gepflegt und weiterentwickelt werden.
Du arbeitest eigenständig an Tickets, setzt Änderungen um und bekommst gleichzeitig Unterstützung von erfahrenen Webdesigner:innen im Team.
Aufgaben
Deine Aufgaben
Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Betreuung bestehender WordPress-Websites.
Umsetzung von Änderungswünschen über unser Ticketsystem

Anpassungen an bestehenden WordPress-Websites

Unterstützung bei Updates, Backups und Stabilitätschecks

Einschätzung von Änderungswünschen (Änderungsflatrate oder Zusatzleistung)

kurze, verständliche Kommunikation mit Kund:innen

saubere Dokumentation deiner Arbeit

Unser Ziel: Anfragen zuverlässig innerhalb von 24 Stunden umsetzen oder transparent rückmelden.
Qualifikation
Das bringst du mit
Studium im Bereich Informatik, Medieninformatik, Webdesign oder ähnlich

erste Erfahrung mit WordPress

strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen

klare Kommunikation

Nice to have:
Grundkenntnisse in HTML oder CSS

Erfahrung mit Website-Wartung oder Plugin-Updates
