About the Team
This role sits within the Global Internal Communications team, a high-impact group focused on engaging and connecting with DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt’s most important audience: our employees. This role will specifically support the International business (Deliveroo and Wolt) in Europe and the Middle East (EMEA).
We are responsible for leading employee communications centred around our company-wide strategy, business goals, and financial results to ensure employees understand the company’s near- and long-term vision. This team works cross-functionally with key business stakeholders, touching every corner of the organisation.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, International Internal Communications, you will provide support across the Deliveroo and Wolt businesses including being the key internal comms point of contact for our EMEA country teams, working on change and issues communications, and partnering on content creation and relevant internationally focused projects.
This role is ideal for someone with between 5-10 years of communications experience who is experienced in working with multiple stakeholders in fast paced but sometimes ambiguous environments. You will partner closely with the Senior Manager to translate complex or evolving information into clear, effective communications for employees.
Day to day you’ll be:
Acting as the main internal comms point of contact for Deliveroo and Wolt (EMEA) country teams and regional communications managers
Building and maintaining the community of internal communicators across the EMEA footprint, sharing best practice and editorial guidance and keeping consistency with international IC standards.
Supporting crisis and issues communications across EMEA, partnering with the Senior Director and Senior Managers
Providing change management comms support, partnering with the change management comms lead and people team on delivery.
Creating content to support company level events, such as all hands
Leading on analytics and measurement for such events for the international internal comms team, working closely with the digital channels team.
Operating effectively as part of a global team partnering with the international business.
We’re excited about you because…
You have a strong (5yrs +) track record of communications experience.
You work well with multiple stakeholders across countries and brands, and can build and sustain a network of communicators.
You thrive in fast paced, sometimes ambiguous environments, and stay effective when situations move quickly.
You can translate complex or evolving information into clear, effective communications for employees.
You are comfortable supporting crisis, issues and change communications.
You are comfortable with data, and can turn engagement reporting into insights.
You are flexible and can turn your hand to a wide range of comms projects and topics
