About the role

Wir sind die MWX Agency die Social-Media-Kanäle von Kunden aus der ästhetischen Medizin und der Beauty-Branche betreut. Gedreht wird bei mir mit dem Smartphone: schnell, nah dran und gemacht für Instagram, TikTok und Meta Ads. Bisher drehe ich selbst. Weil ich aktuell viel verhindert bin, suche ich jemanden in Hamburg, der das übernimmt.

Aufgaben

Was du machst

4-5 feste Drehtage im Monat bei meinen Kunden in Hamburg und Umgebung, auf Wunsch auch mehr

Drehen mit dem Smartphone nach Briefing und Shotlist: Reels, kurze Interviews, Behind the Scenes, Produkt- und Behandlungsaufnahmen, Event-Content

Eigenständig vor Ort, denn ich bin meist nicht dabei. Am Set bist du mein Auge

Übergabe des Rohmaterials am selben oder am nächsten Tag, sauber benannt und sortiert

Pflege deiner Aufgabenkarten in Notion: Status, Links, Fristen

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringst

Du drehst sicher mit dem Smartphone und hast ein Gespür für Licht, Ton und Bildausschnitt

Du kennst Social-Media-Content und weißt, was in den ersten zwei Sekunden passieren muss

Ein eigenes aktuelles Smartphone mit guter Kamera. Mikrofon und Licht für einfache Content Creation kann ich zur Not stellen

Souveränes, freundliches Auftreten. Du vertrittst mich bei Ärztinnen, Ärzten und Praxisteams

Sorgfalt bei sensiblen Inhalten: Bei medizinischen Kunden gelten feste Grenzen, zum Beispiel keine erkennbaren Patienten ohne Einwilligung, keine Vorher-Nachher-Aufnahmen und keine Ergebnisversprechen. Ich erkläre dir das in der Einarbeitung, danach achtest du selbst darauf

Zuverlässigkeit: Ein abgesagter Drehtag kostet einen Kundentermin

Von Vorteil: Schnitt in CapCut oder vergleichbar, Führerschein, Englisch
