About the role

Für ein wachstumsorientiertes Unternehmen im Raum Offenbach suchen wir einen Financial Controller (m/w/d), der finanzielle Planung und Analyse mit pragmatischer Beratung verbindet. Sie arbeiten eng mit Management und Fachbereichen zusammen, schaffen Klarheit über die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung und leiten daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
Aufgaben
Sie verantworten Budget, Forecast und Mehrjahresplanung und analysieren Abweichungen.

Sie bewerten Umsatz, Marge, Profitabilität, Cashflow und zentrale Werttreiber.

Sie entwickeln Management-Reporting, Kennzahlen und Steuerungsinstrumente weiter.

Sie erstellen Business Cases sowie Szenario- und Sensitivitätsanalysen.

Sie beraten Management und Fachbereiche als Sparringspartner und leiten konkrete Maßnahmen ab.

Qualifikation
Sie haben ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finance oder Rechnungswesen abgeschlossen.

Sie verfügen über mindestens fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Controlling.

Sie sind mit Controlling in Unternehmensgruppen vertraut.

Sie arbeiten sehr sicher mit gängigen ERP-Systemen und Excel und setzen PowerPoint für Entscheidungsunterlagen ein.

Sie kommunizieren sicher mit dem Management und verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
