Location
Remote – California Statewide. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home, with occasional travel for court appearances and trials throughout California. Candidates in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area are especially encouraged to apply.
Note
Candidates must have an active California Bar license, civil litigation experience, and hands-on experience taking plaintiff depositions and managing written discovery. Willingness to travel for court appearances and trials is required.

Job Description
Manage civil litigation cases from initial evaluation through resolution.
Take plaintiff depositions and conduct meaningful discovery.
Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.
Develop effective case strategies and collaborate with experienced attorneys.
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
Prepare cases for trial and contribute to successful litigation outcomes.
Communicate with clients and help deliver practical, results-driven legal solutions.
Qualifications
Active California State Bar membership required.
1+ years of civil litigation experience preferred; qualified candidates with slightly less experience will be considered.
Experience taking plaintiff depositions and handling written discovery required.
Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and case management skills.
Insurance defense, personal injury defense, or general liability experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel when needed.
