About the role

Unser Mandant ist ein Unternehmen aus dem Großraum Nürnberg und sucht einen Netzwerkadministrator (gn) zur Verstärkung des IT-Teams.
Die Position bietet ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität: Eine Präsenz vor Ort ist etwa alle sechs Wochen für ein bis zwei Tage vorgesehen. Darüber hinaus ist die Anwesenheit nur bei kritischen Vorfällen erforderlich. Zusätzlich fallen ein- bis dreimal jährlich Dienstreisen ins außereuropäische Ausland an.
Aufgaben:
Administration, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung internationaler Netzwerk- und Security-Infrastrukturen

Verantwortung für Fortinet-Komponenten

Planung und Optimierung von Netzwerken in den Bereichen Routing, Switching, VLAN, VPN und WLAN/SD-WLAN

Weiterentwicklung von IT-Sicherheitskonzepten und Netzwerksegmentierung

Automatisierung und Optimierung von IT-Prozessen mit PowerShell oder Python

Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams sowie Betreuung angrenzender Microsoft- und Virtualisierungsumgebungen

Profil:
Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Netzwerkadministration, idealerweise über 5 Jahre

Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Fortinet-Produkte; Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID und VMware/Hyper-V von Vorteil

Fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Sicherheit und Netzwerksegmentierung

Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz

Team- und Serviceorientierung sowie Freude an der Weiterentwicklung moderner Netzwerkinfrastrukturen

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Erfahrung im internationalen Umfeld
