About the role

As a Team Lead Global Warehouse & Fulfilment (m/w/d), you will make our warehouses, last mile, installation and order management work better everywhere. Regional operations managers run day-to-day operations in each market, while you own the global layer above them: standards, processes, carriers, tools, projects and KPIs. In this newly created role, you will build the team behind it and make it easy for every region to deliver a great customer experience at scale.
PERGOLUX designs and sells Scandinavian-inspired outdoor living products, from pergolas to garden furniture, directly to consumers. With around 300 employees, 9-figure revenue, and operations across 8 markets, we combine premium product quality with the pace and ownership culture of a company that has grown consistently across Europe and beyond.

What You’ll Do
Lead and develop the team responsible for warehousing, last mile, order management, installation, fulfilment projects and operations systems, including our process & systems function that owns WMS, OMS and ERP.

Set global standards and playbooks for warehousing, order management, last mile delivery and installation, help every region adopt them, and support regional managers when issues need global decisions, without taking over their day-to-day.

Own carrier and last mile partner strategy across markets, from selection and onboarding to contract input and performance reviews.

Lead warehouse and fulfilment projects such as new sites, carrier rollouts, peak-season readiness and the rollout of our order management system across markets.

Define and track fulfilment KPIs such as order lead time, on-time delivery, damage rate, order accuracy, cost per order and backlog, and work closely with Customer Service to cut repeat queries through better processes and self-serve information.

What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in warehousing, fulfilment, logistics or e-commerce operations, including multi-site or multi-country work and experience leading a team and running cross-functional projects.

Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and carrier management, including bulky or two-person delivery.

Comfort with WMS and OMS concepts and the ability to translate operations needs into system requirements, paired with a data-driven mindset: you set KPIs, read dashboards and act on what they show.

The ability to influence people you don’t manage directly, such as regional managers and partners, and fluent English.

Nice to have: experience with installation or field service operations, a background in a fast-growing e-commerce scale-up across EU, UK, US and AU, and Lean or continuous improvement experience.

🌟 Benefits and Lifestyle
You will take real ownership from the start, building a new global function with direct impact on how our customers experience PERGOLUX, and gain fast-track opportunities to grow into senior leadership roles as we scale.
