About the role

You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."

You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.

At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

THE WORK:

You’ll serve as a senior lead for major client accounts or a portfolio of projects, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

You’ll drive client retention, account expansion, and business development to support overall growth.

You’ll lead client presentations, negotiations, and the development and management of fee proposals.

You’ll identify and capitalize on new opportunities to grow the Infrastructure & Capital Projects service offering.

You’ll oversee financial performance including revenue tracking, margin analysis, accounts receivable, and forecasting to ensure profitability.

You’ll lead cost control strategies and provide expert guidance in capital planning, procurement, commercial management, and risk mitigation.

You’ll deliver value engineering and cost saving recommendations that maintain quality and performance standards.

You’ll manage and develop a high performing team through effective recruitment, mentoring, and training initiatives.

You’ll lead internal QA and QC reviews, post project evaluations, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality and process efficiency.

You’ll champion operational excellence by monitoring KPIs and optimizing processes to improve performance.

You’ll represent Accenture at industry events and act as a senior advisor, reinforcing the company’s brand reputation and leadership.

Hybrid Work: This role is primarily remote. Travel to client offices, project sites, and Accenture locations will be required only as needed to support client relationships, project delivery, team leadership, and business development.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in construction management, project management, project controls, cost management, or major capital project delivery, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity

Significant experience delivering large and complex capital projects within data centers or comparable environments such as high tech, semiconductor, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, mission critical facilities, or similar technically complex industries

Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and project professionals, demonstrated success managing client relationships and engaging senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor, and experience managing project financial performance, resource planning, commercial performance, and delivery quality, with responsibility for supporting business development and account growth

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Direct experience leading owner side delivery for large scale data center construction programs or multiple major technically complex capital projects

Experience owning or growing a strategic client account and expanding services across a capital portfolio • Strong knowledge of project management, construction management, PMO, project governance, project controls, cost, schedule, risk, change, commercial management, and executive reporting

Professional credentials such as PMP, PE, CCM, AACE CCP, PSP, MRICS, or equivalent are preferred

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.

You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.

AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it.

Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.

Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.

Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.

Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
