About the role:
Do you want to gain real insight into recruiting while also getting hands-on experience? As a Working Student in Talent Acquisition, you’ll support our recruiting team in their day-to-day work. From recruiting activities and data maintenance to organizational tasks, you’ll be right in the middle of the action and help us keep everything running smoothly.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
You support the team throughout the entire recruiting process, from screenings and interview coordination to the final selection.
You work with our ATS and ensure that candidate data, documents, and overviews are always accurate and up to date.
You take on administrative and organizational tasks, supporting our recruiters in their day-to-day operations.
You support the preparation and organization of career fairs, recruiting events, and other activities.
You jump in wherever support is needed within the recruiting team, giving you insights into different areas of Talent Acquisition.
You bring in your own ideas and help us continuously improve our Talent Acquisition processes and workflows.
What you bring to the team:
You are currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying Business Psychology, Business Administration, Communication Studies, Human Resources Management, Sociology, or a similar field.
You are passionate about recruiting, people, and communication.
You have C1/C2-level English skills and at least B2-level German skills.
You are available and motivated to work 20 hours per week with us.
You have strong communication skills and feel comfortable interacting with a wide range of people on an equal footing.
You work independently, in a structured and motivated way, and bring a healthy dose of curiosity and creativity to think outside the box.
You have an authentic and open personality, bring positive energy to the team, and you’re not afraid of dogs.
