About the role
This is a remote position.
We are looking for an experienced cross-country moving professional to join our team as a Moving Sales Representative for the US market. This role sits at the intersection of sales and operations — you'll work directly with clients from their first inquiry through move day, turning leads into booked jobs and making sure every move runs smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Communicate with clients about their upcoming long-distance move: answer questions, build trust, and guide them through the process
Convert inbound leads into sales by preparing accurate quotes and closing deals
Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed order
Pass move details along to our operations team (scheduling, carrier assignment, documentation) and stay the customer's single point of contact throughout
Track and manage your pipeline of leads and active jobs
Build long-term relationships with clients that lead to repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
What You Need:
Proven experience in the US cross-country / long-distance moving industry (brokerage, carrier, or van line experience)
Strong track record in sales — comfortable working leads, handling objections, and closing
Solid understanding of moving industry operations: quoting, tariffs, dispatch, carrier coordination
Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written
Available to work the shift 8AM-4PM CST (US hours) to align with US-based clients.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple deals at once
A growth mindset — someone who wants to build a career here, not just fill a seat.
