Strong organizational and time-management skills.

The ability to work independently, follow detailed procedures, and adapt to client-specific requirements.

A patient, professional, and solution-focused approach when assisting participants.

Reliable attendance and punctuality, with the ability to meet established performance expectations.

Preferred experience:
Experience in benefits administration, defined benefit pension plans, retirement services, customer service, or call center operations is preferred. Familiarity with pension terminology, plan provisions, or participant support is a plus.
Training and work schedule:
Training: Approximately 7–8 weeks of comprehensive virtual training covering the systems, procedures, and processes needed to support participants.
