Yes ist die Software für Vertriebsteams von FMCG-Marken im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel. Außendienst, Key Account und Vertriebsleitung arbeiten in einem System: Tourenplanung, Storechecks, Aktionen, Ziele und Auswertungen in Echtzeit. Zu unseren Kunden gehören unter anderem nucao, ahead und Uludağ.
Wir sind ein stark wachsendes Early-Stage-Startup. Du übernimmst früh Verantwortung, gestaltest Strukturen und Prozesse mit und arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen.
Die Rolle
Als Werkstudent*in Social Media und Content bist du für die Sichtbarkeit von Yes auf LinkedIn und weiteren Kanälen verantwortlich. Du übersetzt Produkt, Kundenerfolge und Branchenwissen in Content für Vertriebsleitungen und Außendienst im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel.
Deine Aufgaben
Social Media
Planung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von LinkedIn-Content für Yes und die Gründer

Aufbau und Pflege eines Redaktionsplans

Wiederverwertung von Inhalten über verschiedene Formate und Kanäle

Content-Erstellung
Aufbereitung von Kundencases und Referenzen

Erstellung von Grafiken, Karussells und Kurzvideos, auch auf Basis von Produktaufnahmen

Übersetzung von Produktfunktionen in verständliche Inhalte mit klarem Kundennutzen

Erstellung von Content für Website, Newsletter und Vertriebsunterlagen

Analyse und Weiterentwicklung
Monatliches Reporting der Performance

Weiterentwicklung der Formate auf Basis der Ergebnisse

Mitarbeit an SEO und der Sichtbarkeit in KI-Suchen

Dein Profil
Laufendes Studium, zum Beispiel in Kommunikation, Marketing oder Medien

Sehr gute Schreibfähigkeiten und ein Gespür für B2B-Zielgruppen

Erste Erfahrung mit LinkedIn oder B2B-Content

Sicherer Umgang mit Canva oder Figma

Sicherer Umgang mit KI-Tools wie Claude oder ChatGPT

Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

Von Vorteil
Erfahrung mit Videoschnitt, zum Beispiel mit CapCut oder Premiere

Grundkenntnisse in SEO

Interesse an B2B, Vertrieb oder Handel

Eigenes Portfolio oder eigene Social-Media-Kanäle
