What You'll Do:
The Billing Accountant addresses billing requests submitted by internal parties such as Sales, Customer Success (CSM), and our valued US-based customers. By leveraging information such as Workday Financials and Salesforce, and possessing an understanding of the company-wide billing processes, you can work effectively to resolve most issues and take proactive measures to prevent future issues. Those that you cannot resolve, you collaborate with team resources (i.e. peers and Senior Billing Accountant) to ensure accurate and timely resolutions following the established escalation process. It is imperative that all interactions, whether internal or external, reflect the Billing Team's dedication to providing a positive customer experience focused on customer retention. All customer and internal communications are conducted primarily in English.
In addition to the above, the Billing Accountant performs key billing functions such as creating subscription invoices, one-time invoices, and approving/processing credit memo requests. This role requires 1–5 years of experience, with knowledge of Salesforce, WorkDay Financials, internal processes, invoices, credit and debit adjustments, billing records, product billing, and service cancellations. Willingness to accept feedback to improve skills and pursue further development
Keep a track record of good judgment and decision-making in positions with significant responsibility
Who You Are:
As a Billing Accountant, you have a strong sense of ownership for your work — building trusted relationships with customers, evaluating account status with precision, and confidently resolving any questions that may arise. You thrive in a remote environment, communicate fluently in English with US-based customers and colleagues, and manage your schedule in alignment with US business hours.

Qualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish required; strong written and spoken English fluency essential for all customer-facing and internal communications with US-based stakeholders
