Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency with Excel and comfort working with operational data and reporting tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners.

Ability to learn new systems, processes, and technologies quickly.

A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and a genuine interest in continuous improvement.
