About the role

SPH Engineeringbuilds professional drone solutions used in 150+ countries. This role supports our Integrated Systems line: UAV payload integrations for geophysical, hydrographic, and industrial applications.
We’re seeking an energetic, bilingual (English & Spanish) SDR to own the full top of the funnel across Europe, Africa and Latin America: turning inbound interest (web forms, email, chat, events) into qualified meetings, and running account-based outbound plays into named target accounts – with airtight hand-offs to AEs and partners.
What you will do:
Inbound

Respond to inbound leads within 15 minutes during core hours; engage via phone, email, WhatsApp and live chat in English or Spanish.

Qualify opportunities using a BANT checklist and book qualified meetings for AEs with clear next steps.

Nurture earlier-stage leads with light sequences; re-qualify dormant MQLs.

Outbound

Own a Tiered Account List across Europe, Africa and LATAM in mining/TSF and mineral exploration, utilities & wastewater, hydrography/maritime, engineering/consultancies, and geophysics.

Build account dossiers: org charts, buying committees, initiatives, current tools, partners, and risk drivers.

Craft value hypotheses & plays: align use-cases (drone bathymetry, GPR, magnetometry, radiometry, methane detection) to account initiatives.

Run multi-threaded outreach: thoughtful emails/DMs, targeted calls, and pre-bookings around webinars, events, and proof points (case studies, ROI stories).

Design outbound plays and collaborate with IT on the stack (Sales Navigator; Apollo/ZoomInfo/Lusha; Clay; Lemlist/Heyreach/Expandi; dialer; intent/signals).

Across both

Own the hand-off: every booked meeting includes discovery notes (problem, impact, stakeholders, timing), mutual next step, and relevant collateral.

Route opportunities correctly between direct sales and our regional distributor/partner network.

Keep Zoho CRM spotless: complete fields, log activities, maintain enrichment and sequences, run weekly pipeline hygiene and reporting.

Feedback loop: share lead quality insights with Marketing; tag recurring objections/needs by region.

Stay current on our payloads, core use-cases, and competitor positioning.

About you:

2+ years as an SDR/BDR for technical B2B products in international markets, with hands-on experience in both inbound qualification and outbound/ABM prospecting.

Proven record booking VP/C-level meetings from cold, with thoughtful personalization (not volume).

Fluent English and Spanish (C1 or higher in both) – mandatory. French or Portuguese is a strong plus.

Hands-on with CRM (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce) and outbound stacks (Clay, Lusha/Apollo/ZoomInfo, Lemlist/Heyreach/Expandi, Sales Navigator, dialers, intent/signals).

Comfortable working across cultures and time zones, including flexible hours to reach LATAM prospects.

Research-driven, hypothesis-led, with structured qualification and discovery skills; comfortable mapping complex buying groups.

Tech curiosity and fast learning; clear, concise writer who can translate complex tech into business outcomes.

We offer

A starting salary of 3,000 EUR gross

Incentive: per-SQL and pipeline-creation bonuses

Advanced professional and career growth opportunities;

Work in an international company within a hype industry featuring state-of-the-art products and significant international growth potential over the next five years.

Growth path to Account Executive / Partner Development.
