Monday — Friday

3:00 PM — 1:00 AM (Kyiv time)

Weekends and U.S. federal holidays off

💼 Responsibilities

Communicate with drivers, brokers, and clients via phone and email

Negotiate freight rates and build relationships with brokers

Plan, schedule, and track shipments

Monitor deliveries and resolve transportation issues

✅ Requirements

Fluent spoken and written English — mandatory

Strong communication skills

PC or laptop with a stable internet connection

Headset with microphone

Second monitor preferred
