About the role

Our client in the US is a 10+ year old, family-founded childrens learning brand. They believe learning should be fun, beautiful, and screen-free. Millions of parents and teachers trust their products to spark curiosity and confidence in children, and they are growing fast through authentic creator partnerships that share that mission.
They are looking for an Affiliate and Influencer Program Manager who has already built and scaled affiliate programs for e-commerce brands and is ready to do it again with them. You'll design the program, set the economics, build the systems, and turn hundreds of creators and affiliates into a reliable source of sales across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify. You'll also be the coach their creators rally around, running their creator calls, supporting their success, and keeping the excitement high.
This role is half program builder and half creator coach, and it is not tied to one platform. TikTok Shop carries most of their affiliate sales today, Amazon is growing fast, and Shopify comes next. Affiliate is changing fast, and they want the person who knows what great programs have looked like so far and has a clear view of what the next great one looks like. You'll report to the CEO and have the room to build a multimillion-dollar program across every channel they sell on.
What You'll Own

Program design. Build one affiliate and creator program across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify, with each channel's role, economics, and tracking set deliberately, and clear tiers, commissions, and incentives.

Creator coaching. Coach the creators and oversee their success, run the creator calls, give clear feedback, and keep the community excited and posting.

Where affiliate goes next. Watch platform changes, new affiliate and creator models, and AI tools, and test them in small bets before they matter.

Program economics. Own sample spend, commissions, and retainers, and measure what every dollar returns in sales and margin.

Creator pipeline at scale. Direct a sourcing team to keep a steady flow of creators who fit their ideal creator profile.

Top affiliates. Recruit, grow, and keep the affiliates and creators who drive the most sales.

Content that keeps working. Get the best creator content into their paid media so it keeps selling on Amazon and Shopify.

Systems. Run the program on a clean CRM, documented processes, and AI-powered workflows that don't need daily hand-holding.

How Success Is Measured

Affiliate-driven sales growing month over month across channels.

Program profitability after samples, commissions, retainers, and product costs.

Growth in sales from their top affiliates.

Creators posting consistently and growing their results under your coaching.

A program that runs on systems, not on one person.

Requirements
Who You Are
You are a clear communicator who can build trust fast. You care about excellence, follow through, and data driven decisions. You understand affiliate marketing and know how to motivate creators without hand holding. You thrive on structure, relationships, and momentum.
You have:

3+ years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing for e-commerce brands.

Built and scaled an affiliate or creator program for at least one other e-commerce brand, and you can show the numbers.

Hands-on experience running affiliate on at least two of TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify, and the range to run all three.

A point of view on where affiliate is going next, and one thing you built ahead of the curve.

A strong grasp of program economics, from commission structures to cost per creator to margin.

Experience coaching creators and leading a sourcing team or virtual assistants.

AI capability, a CRM and documented SOPs. You use AI every day to get more done with less, which is a must-have here and a capability rather than any one tool, and you have a clear view of how all three make a program run better now and going.
