About The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OTC Sales Trader to join our OTC Trading team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing large-scale cryptocurrency trades for institutional and high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional client service, and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
What You'll Do:
Execute OTC cryptocurrency trades on behalf of institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and partners with a focus on accuracy, speed, and compliance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their trading needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate closely with the trading desk, risk management, and compliance teams to ensure smooth trade execution and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Monitor market trends, liquidity, and pricing to provide clients with competitive and timely trade opportunities.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the OTC trading desk.
Prepare and present regular reports on trading activity, client feedback, and market insights to senior management.
Ensure all trades comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Provide excellent client support and resolve any trade-related issues promptly.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (8+ years) in OTC trading, sales trading, or institutional sales within the cryptocurrency or traditional financial markets in MENA.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital asset trading.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in trading platforms and tools; experience with OTC trading desks is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
