Überwachung und Koordination der Bauausführung im Rohbau und Schlüsselfertigbau

Steuerung und Kontrolle der Nachunternehmer und Gewerke vor Ort

Kontrolle und Dokumentation des Baufortschritts

Durchführung und Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen

Prüfung von Aufmaßen und Rechnungen sowie Begleitung von Bauabnahmen

Enge Abstimmung und regelmäßige Berichterstattung an die Projektleitung

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen / Architektur

Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung, idealerweise im Rohbau oder Schlüsselfertigbau

Team- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

Hohes Maß an Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Engagement

Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Führerschein der Klasse B
