A cloud security consultant helps organizations protect their data, apps, and systems in the cloud by performing security audits, designing secure architectures, and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities
Implementation and enforcement of IT policies and procedures.
Support overall governance functions across Farmers' managed Cloud environments.
Collaborate with other towers within Cloud Transformation to ensure compliance.
Organize Disaster Recovery Tests while also creating and maintaining DR documentation.
Working alongside internal testers, auditors and external parties in support of Audit and Compliance.
Assist with remediation efforts for non-compliant infrastructure requirements.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
3+ years of experience within IT with preference of Infrastructure, operations, audit or compliance experience.
Understanding of IaaC within AWS
Familiarity with Disaster Recovery concepts.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Experience working with Data governance
Experience working with both Windows and Linux (RHEL and/or AWS Linux) systems
Compliance within CI/CD Pipelines
Nice to Have
Experience working with Wiz CSP
