About the role

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
The adjoe Demand Growth team helps gaming advertisers grow and succeed on our platform. You'll be a trusted growth partner for a portfolio of gaming studios and publishers, building strong relationships, leveraging data to identify growth opportunities, and developing strategies that drive mutual success for both our partners and adjoe.

Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
3+ years in mobile gaming. You have experience in user acquisition or account management at a gaming studio, publisher, ad network or agency. At adjoe, you'll manage a portfolio of gaming partners and grow their business with us.

Fluent in adtech KPIs and data. You understand CPI, CPM, CPC, ROAS and ARPDAU, have excellent analytical skills, and are an expert in Google Suite, especially Sheets. You'll spot performance trends and build growth strategies across all adjoe products.

Growth-minded. You're always looking for the next opportunity to test and scale. You'll bring partners data-backed ideas and help them act on them.

Confident with partners. You give honest, data-backed advice, even when it isn't what a partner wants to hear. You'll lead external partner meetings, run impactful QBRs, build strong, long-term relationships, and find solutions that work for both sides.

Organized and self-driven. You take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll keep a close eye on campaign performance and stay proactive across your whole portfolio.

A clear communicator. You have excellent written and verbal English. You'll work with partners through calls, email and Slack, present regular reports and reviews, and work with internal teams on partner requests and technical troubleshooting.

🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
