THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a People Operations Working Student for a 6-month contract to our People Operations team in Berlin, Germany!

This role is to join our People Operations team, dedicated to delivering an exceptional employee experience across Europe. In this role, you will contribute to meaningful People initiatives and gain valuable exposure to key HR topics(e.g. employment law and payroll). You will also gain valuable exposure to driving efficient operations at scale. You will have the opportunity to learn and apply analytical problem-solving, a process-oriented mindset, stakeholder management and AI automation to elevate our HR systems (e.g., Personio) and workflows… all within a dynamic, international environment. Whilst you will be based in Germany, you will be working on operations across European markets.

YOUR IMPACT

Employee Care: Respond thoughtfully to employee queries, ensuring quick, effective resolutions and an exceptional day-to-day experience for our team.

Process Mindset & Execution: Ensure high accuracy and operational efficiency in core HR processes (e.g. maintaining Personio data, payroll) by following clear procedures.

Solution-Oriented Problem Solving: Challenge the status quo by focusing on solutions rather than getting bogged down in problems. Use data and a process mindset to proactively identify ways to optimize workflows and leverage automation to better serve our employees at scale.

Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.
