Founded in 2020 by Sander Joonyoung van Bladel and Veronika Strotmann, Yepoda is a fast-growing beauty start-up based in the heart of Berlin. Our products are available across Europe and the US, since March 2025, in Sephora Europe & since August 2026 in Sephora US – online and in over 1200 stores. As a certified B Corp™, we are committed to building a business with purpose. With a team of over 120 brilliant individuals from around the world, we are actively shaping Yepoda’s story every day.
We are looking for Working Students to join our Performance Marketing team and get real, hands-on experience running paid campaigns across channels like Google, Meta, TikTok, and Youtube. You will support the team in setting up, monitoring, and optimising campaigns, work with live data and budgets from day one, and build practical skills in one of the most in-demand areas of e-commerce marketing.
Your tasks
Campaign Support: Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across our paid channels (Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
KPI Analysis & Reporting: Support the ongoing analysis of campaign KPIs, prepare regular performance reports, and help the team adjust budgets for optimal performance
Creative Testing: Collaborate with our Graphic Design team to test and refine ad creatives, formats, and messaging, and keep track of which variations perform best
Ideas & Concepts: Contribute creative ideas and new concepts to improve campaign effectiveness, from fresh ad angles to social media trends worth testing
Your profile
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Media Management, Business, Economics, or a related field
You have a strong interest in performance or online marketing, whether that shows up through your coursework, a previous internship or working student role, or your own projects
You have strong analytical skills, great attention to detail, and enjoy turning campaign data into insights
You communicate clearly and in a structured way, and bring a hands-on attitude and a high level of initiative
You have a passion for beauty topics and a keen interest in social media trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
You are confident with Excel or Google Sheets; first experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or TikTok Ads Manager is a bonus, and we're happy to bring the right person up to speed
