What you’ll do

Support the Americas Sales team and lead negotiations for complex and strategic commercial agreements.

Advise on commercial and legal issues related to new product launches and international expansion.

Partner with Product Legal to bring new products and features to market.

Draft and maintain agreements and playbooks, improve internal processes, and use AI tools to help the team work more effectively with colleagues, partners, and users.

Collaborate with teams globally, including Sales, Operations, Product, Tax, and Risk.

Help the global Commercial Legal team deliver consistent, efficient support as Stripe grows.

Develop and deliver training and resources that help the Sales team understand and sell Stripe’s products.

Serve as a point of escalation for outside counsel.
