Sie möchten eine moderne IT-Infrastruktur aktiv mitgestalten und die Themen Netzwerk, Virtualisierung und IT-Sicherheit vorantreiben?
In dieser Position als IT-Netzwerk- und Sicherheitsspezialist (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb komplexer IT-Systeme. Dabei verbinden Sie fundiertes Infrastruktur-Know-how mit modernen Security-Konzepten und gestalten die technologische Weiterentwicklung der IT-Landschaft aktiv mit.
Ihre Aufgaben
Verantwortung für den sicheren Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der IT Infrastruktur, Virtualisierungs- und Backup-Umgebungen

Implementierung von Sicherheitsstandards sowie Durchführung von Patch-, Schwachstellen- und Risikomanagement

Administration von Proxmox VE, Netzwerken (VPN, SD-WAN, LAN, WAN, WLAN), Firewalls und Switches

Weiterentwicklung von Zero-Trust- und NAC-Konzepten inklusive macmon, 802.1X und Zertifikatsmanagement

Planung von Notfall- und Recovery-Konzepten, Begleitung von DORA-Audits sowie technische Steuerung von Infrastruktur- und Security-Projekten inklusive 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support

Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes IT-Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung

Fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastruktur, Netzwerkadministration, IT-Security und Virtualisierung (Proxmox VE, Veeam)

Erfahrung mit Routing, Switching, Firewalls, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, NAC sowie idealerweise macmon und 802.1X

Know-how in PKI, Kryptografie, Schwachstellenmanagement und regulatorischen Anforderungen wie DORA

Analytische und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Bayerns
