About the role

If you source for foreign clients every day, Europe is the same game, in your afternoon hours, paid per placement in euros. Open to recruiters based in Noida and across India.
Read all of this before you apply. It's long on purpose. If this isn't you, that's completely fine, and it saves us both time.
Who we are
BC Recruitment places people in jobs across Europe: multilingual customer service, sales and support roles with some of the biggest international employers, in cities like Athens, Lisbon, Porto, Braga and Sofia. Many of these jobs come with relocation help, which makes them easier to sell to candidates.
We have around 60 open roles right now, in Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Turkish, the Nordic languages and more. Alongside those we have specialist roles, like compliance, legal and tech, that pay a lot more per placement.
You don't need to speak the candidates' languages. Every role needs English, and English is what we work in. What matters is that you know where to find people and how to get them excited about a job abroad.
Who we're looking for
People who are hungry, driven and excited about this opportunity, and who believe they can earn more on commission than they do now.
We don't care how many years you've been recruiting. Someone with 6 months of hunger can beat someone with 10 years of experience. We care about what you have personally delivered: how many placements, for what kind of roles, and how many a month.
You'll probably fit if:

You're a natural seller who finds people on your own, without leads or hand-holding.

You understand that every nationality is found differently. If one channel doesn't work for a market, you know where those people really are and go there.

You already have your own tools: LinkedIn, laptop, phone, and whatever else you use to recruit.

You want freedom: your own hours, your own place, your own methods, no boss.

You have real numbers: placements or sales you made yourself, and you know your monthly average.

You've done global or international recruitment, ideally for similar companies or the same kind of candidates: customer service, call centres, multilingual roles, relocation, tourism, hospitality.

This is NOT for you if

You'll blame others when a client pauses a role or a candidate drops out. That's part of recruitment.

Most of the people you can reach need a visa. Most of our roles require candidates who can already work in the EU, and we don't offer visa support on most jobs.

You need a fixed income soon. There is no salary, retainer or paid trial at the start.

You need us to pay for tools before you can work. We don't cover anything at the start.

You want something to try "when you have time".

You need someone to tell you what to do every day.

What you earn

Minimum €400 per placement. Most roles pay €400–750, and specialist roles up to €2,400.

You see the exact payout on every role before you work on it.

A placement counts once your candidate has started and the employer has paid us. Someone who accepts and then drops out is not a placement.

Payment usually comes 1–3 months after your candidate starts, depending on the employer. We pay by bank transfer or whatever works for you.

Money you've earned is always paid. We know many recruiters are afraid of not being paid. Think about it from our side: a recruiter who delivers is worth far more to us over time than any single placement. This whole system is built on trust, and we'd lose by breaking it.

If you deliver, we deliver back
Nothing is given up front. Everything grows with your results, for proven partners and agreed case by case:

Once you deliver, we cover tool costs such as monthly subscriptions.

Proven recruiters can get earlier payouts, arranged with you.

Consistent performers can earn a monthly base on top of commission.

The rules bend toward the people who prove themselves. This job gets better the more you deliver.
What you get from day one

Proper onboarding: we explain everything, the employers, the roles and how we work, and answer all your questions before you start, so you begin with confidence.

Full role details and answers to the questions candidates usually ask.

Direct contact with us whenever you have a question about a role or a candidate.

Total freedom over how, when and where you work.

What's realistic

The first weeks are about building your pipeline.

Once you're up and running, a below-average recruiter makes about 1 placement a month, a good recruiter 2–5, and our best recruiters 5–10. It gets easier over time: you build a pool of candidates to come back to, and people start recommending you.

We expect at least one placement a month once you're up and running.

How we choose

You answer the questions below. We read every answer.

If your answers are strong, we have a video call.

If we're a fit, we onboard you.

Everyone starts with a 30-day trial. Show real progress in that month, with candidates submitted and in interviews, and you stay and grow. If not, we part ways with no hard feelings.
To apply, answer these questions

Your numbers. How many placements have you made per month on average, and for which roles and countries? What was your best month?

The task. We have a Dutch-speaking customer service role in Athens, and candidates must already be allowed to work in the EU. Where exactly would you find 5 of them within two weeks, and how? Name the real channels, groups or searches you'd use.

Commission. Why do you prefer being paid per placement over a salary, or over how you've been paid before?

Your setup. Which tools and channels do you use today? How many hours a week can you put in, and what else are you working on right now?

Apply here with your CV. Then email your answers to , with your name and country in the subject. Applications without answers aren't reviewed.
Optional: attach a voice note or video answering "Why should we pick you?" It's the quickest way for us to get to know you.
Be specific: numbers, names, real examples. Answers that sound AI-written, or that just say what you think we want to hear, are rejected.
