This is aremote, school-based Speech-Language Pathologist role, supporting students across K–12 school settings. You’ll work in coordination with school teams and families, supported by clear workflows, structured onboarding, and dedicated internal support.

Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver speech-language services aligned with IEPs
Conduct assessments and implement interventions
Develop goals and track student progress
Complete documentation and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration
Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders
SchedulingServices are delivered during standard school hours (typically 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Scheduling is aligned with student availability
Structured caseloads and scheduling support
Requirements
RequirementsActive Arizona license
CCC-SLP preferred
Arizona Department of Education (DOE) licensure
Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (1 year minimum experience preferred)
Comfortable using technology for virtual service delivery, including online platforms and documentation systems
Reliable internet connection and access to appropriate technology for virtual service delivery

Rate: $55–$60per hour
Paidfordocumentation, IEP meetings, assessments,andprogress reportingat the same hourly rate

Completed sessionsinclude anadditional 15%to account for session documentation time
15mins extra added to your first sessionfor every new studentadded to your caseload (hourly roles) for IEP review and scheduling time

Paid training ($20/hour),including HR onboarding, platform training, and school-specific training
