Wir sind Wachstums-Partner für über 100 der größten Deutschen B2C Brands wie zB. AG1, AirUp, TOOM Baumarkt & Smilodox und suchen aktuell Creative Strategists (m/w/d).

Als Creative Strategist (m/w/d) verantwortest du die Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Konzepte entlang des gesamten Creative-Prozesses und prägst aktiv die Weiterentwicklung der Brand.

Aufgaben

Verantwortung für den Creative-Prozess für die Top Brands in DACH

Erstellung von Skripten für Organic Content, Werbeanzeigen und Kampagnen

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Foundern

Analyse der KPIs und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Assets

Top 1% Creative Training im Wert von 100k€+

Qualifikation

Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Bereich Creative Strategy – idealerweise im Agentur- oder Brand-Umfeld

Gutes Gespür für Social Media Trends & Best Performer

Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und echtes Gespür für Menschen

Volle Verfügbarkeit und den Willen, die Extrameile zu gehen
