Job Description:
At Job Duck, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Pre-Litigation PI Case Manager to support a growing legal practice. In this role, you will serve as a key point of coordination throughout the pre-litigation process, ensuring that client matters move forward efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with all parties involved. You will work closely with legal professionals, insurance companies, and medical providers to gather critical information, manage documentation, and track important deadlines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative without constant supervision, and enjoys balancing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional attention to detail. • Monthly Compensation Range: From 1,220 to 1,320 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure all documentation is updated and properly filed
Track case progress and follow up on outstanding items
Maintain accurate and organized case files
Gather medical records and supporting documentation
Manage Personal Injury cases during the pre-litigation phase
Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and other involved parties
Upload and maintain medical information within the firm's systems
Monitor, organize, and calendar important deadlines
Prepare and send letters of representation
Conduct client intake and collect necessary case information
Communicate with insurance companies regarding active claims and case updates
Prioritize multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain consistent communication regarding case status and developments
Support attorneys with case related administrative tasks
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience working as a legal case manager
• Personal Injury experience is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish required
• Excellent verbal communication

• Expected call volume: Low (0-5 calls per day / almost 90% is email)
