What you bring:
5+ years experience as a Functional Application Analyst (or similar).
Advanced English is mandatory for this role, as you will be working with a client fully in English.
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP functional support and configuration.
Strong experience with Role Based Access Control in SAP (role/authorization design
and maintenance).
Proficiency with SAP authorization concepts (authorization objects, role generation, role
composition, and assignment).
Solid understanding of SDLC processes (requirements, testing, deployment/transport
validation).
Experience working with tickets, incident management, and change requests (e.g.,
ServiceNow or similar).
Ability to translate business needs into authorization/role requirements clearly and
accurately.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business and security requirements for SAP ERP access and workflow needs.
Design, configure, and maintain RBAC for SAP ERP (roles, authorization objects, profiles, assignment logic and reporting).
Support SAP system access governance, including role reviews, access certification support, and controlled changes.
Maintain documentation for access design, role structure, and functional mappings.
Collaborate with IAM/security teams to align SAP authorization design with enterprise standards.
Troubleshoot functional and access-related issues (e.g., missing authorizations, incorrect role assignment, authorization failures).
Support SAP transport/change processes and validate changes in QA/SIT/UAT environments.
Perform root-cause analysis for incidents and contribute to continuous improvement of access patterns and controls.
Provide user support and guidance to business teams on authorization requirements and access requests.
Assist with testing (system testing, regression testing) for functional and access-relate changes.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit readiness for access controls.
