About the role

We are looking for an Integration Specialist to join our Payments team. The specialist will assist with the integration, configuration, testing, and support of payment providers and payment methods within our payment orchestration platform Payadmit.
This role is suitable for someone with a good technical knowledge who wants to develop their career in fintech, payment integrations, and transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the integration of new payment providers and payment methods.

Review and analyze payment provider API documentation.

Configure payment methods and provider settings in the back-office system.

Test payment flows, including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, and transaction status updates.

Verify API requests, responses, callbacks, and webhooks.

Use Postman and internal tools to test integrations and reproduce issues.

Analyze transaction logs and identify possible integration or configuration problems.

Communicate with payment providers regarding technical questions and integration issues.

Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, account managers, and other internal teams.

Create and maintain integration documentation, setup instructions, and testing results.

Track integration tasks and reported issues in Jira.

Support the investigation of failed, declined, or incorrectly processed transactions.

Monitor existing integrations and assist with resolving production issues.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of REST APIs, HTTP requests, and client-server communication.

Basic knowledge of JSON and API request/response structures.

Familiarity with Postman or similar API testing tools.

Understanding of callbacks, webhooks, and transaction statuses.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and ability to work with technical documentation.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

English level of at least B2, sufficient for reading technical documentation and communicating with providers.

Ability to manage several tasks and follow agreed deadlines.

Nice to Have:

Previous experience in fintech, payment processing, banking, e-commerce, or iGaming.

Experience working with Jira, Grafana, Kibana, DBeaver, or similar tools.

Understanding of payment concepts such as deposits, withdrawals, refunds, chargebacks, cascading, routing, and currency conversion.

Experience working with payment service providers or payment orchestration platforms. Highly desirable if you work with Payadmit.
